IVAR is inaugurating the construction of its new facility: today the first stone was laid

Umberto Bertolotti, the President, together with his sons Paolo and Stefano Bertolotti, laid the first stone of the new IVAR facility, with the Prevalle Mayor and Deputy Mayor in attendance.

This newly built facility will be taking shape right next to the existing IVAR 3 warehouse. Because of this expansion, a functional reorganization of the logistics for finished products, which will be taking up a total area of over 7,000 square meters, has been planned. This will offer our customers precise and timely service.

In addition, the new structure housing the IVAR ACADEMY permanent training centre, dedicated to our professionals, will be built. These will be large multifunctional spaces ready to accommodate the numerous training courses organized by the IVAR CTA (Technical Advice and Academy) department as well as a complete exhibition of our plumbing and heating solutions.

The project, with its new spaces scheduled for completion in 2021, will be outstanding not only for the functional reorganization of the facility but also because of the strong visual impact of its aesthetic solutions.

Since 1985, IVAR, which this year will be celebrating 35 years in business, has always invested in infrastructure and automation, without forgetting its commitment to R&D. With a view to expanding its investment and innovation, this project will be the crowning achievement of this 35th birthday, since these attributes, which best set IVAR apart from the rest, are the key to maintaining growth and a competitive edge.
